Syracuse reached the NCAA tournament for the first time in program history last season.

The Syracuse athletic department unveiled the volleyball schedule for the 2019 season this Thursday. Last season was a historic year for the Orange, as head coach Leonid Yelin led SU to a 19-9 record and its first NCAA tournament appearance in program history.

The 2019 schedule is headlined by seven teams that made the NCAA tournament last season. The regular season starts with two games on the road, as the Orange will travel to Wisconsin to face both Baylor and Marquette in early September. Following the trip to Wisconsin, Syracuse will travel to Kansas for the only tournament of the regular season, which runs Sept. 13-15. Syracuse is slated to play Morehead State, Arizona, and Kansas that weekend.

Syracuse concludes its nonconference schedule with contests against Harvard and Northeastern. Syracuse begins ACC play on Sept. 27 with a visit to Georgia Tech.
