Syracuse will play a home-and-home series with Wisconsin in 2020 and 2021, SU Athletics announced in a press release on Thursday afternoon.

The Orange will visit Camp Randall Stadium on Sept. 12, 2020 and then host the Badgers on Sept. 11, 2021.

“To add another chapter to the history between these teams and bring a program like Wisconsin to the Carrier Dome is important as we strive to give our student-athletes the opportunity to compete at the highest level,” recently hired athletic director Mark Coyle said in the release.

Syracuse is 3-1-1 all-time against Wisconsin and the last time these teams met was in 1997 when SU won 34-0.

The Orange will now face a nonconference opponent from one of the other four power-five conferences, or Notre Dame, every year through 2022.
