Syracuse adds Ohio linebacker Adam Dulka to 2016 class

Syracuse added a preferred walk-on inside linebacker to its 2016 class on Wednesday night. Adam Dulka, from Huntington Valley (Ohio) University School, announced via Twitter that he’d join the Orange after visiting in early March.

Per his Hudl.com profile, the 5-foot-11, 217-pound Dulka can bench press 375 pounds and has a 31-inch vertical.

Dulka joins a secondary that will transition to a new Tampa 2 scheme this season. He is the second class of 2016 Ohio linebacker to commit to Syracuse in three weeks, joining Zack Lesko, who is a preferred walk-on.

He is the fourth commit Syracuse head coach Dino Babers has received since National Signing Day in February. Babers has also received two transfers, former Maryland wide receiver Amba Etta-Tawo and Delaware State defensive end Gabriel Sherrod.
