Empire Brewing Company was originally established in Syracuse, NY in 1994. In the past, our award winning craft brews have been available at the restaurant only.

Recently, we began distributing beers to off premise bars and restaurants, and quickly discovered the demand for our brews was growing beyond the Central NY area. In late 2010, we began brewing from the Heartland Brewery in Brooklyn, NY and distributing to the NYC area.

Our Empire Cream Ale, Empire Amber Ale, and Empire IPA are currently on tap at over 100 bars and restaurants in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island and in the Hudson Valley region.
