About Broaster Chicken -
Broaster Chicken has been a Midwest area favorite since 1952. During a visit to Indiana we were fortunate enough to get a taste of the uniquely PRESSURE fried chicken. We were so impressed that we knew we had to bring Broaster to our hometown, Syracuse!
Under the guidance of our excellent cooks, Broaster Chicken serves only the freshest ingredients. We do not have freezers, ensuring that we always use fresh chicken, shrimp, and cod fish. Each menu item is cooked to perfection in our rare pressure fried system, WITHOUT the use of trans-fat. We’ve quickly developed a loyal following of locals, Syracuse University athletes and even coaches, perhaps due to our dedication to all SU sports. We strive to be Syracuse’s #1 Fried Chicken, come in and see what the buzz is all about.
