The last time Syracuse was ranked higher than No. 43 was in May of 2016.

Syracuse (6-1, 1-1 Atlantic Coast) moved into the top-50 of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association rankings on Tuesday after a pair of victories last weekend.

At No. 43, the Orange reached its highest ranking since May 5, 2016 when SU cracked the Top-25. Last weekend, Syracuse grabbed back-to-back wins, first beating Boston College on Friday 5-2, then turning around to defeat a shorthanded Yale 6-0 on Sunday.

Gabriela Knutson dropped one spot to No. 19 in the new singles rankings release, and the pair of Knutson and Miranda Ramirez dropped six spots to No. 19 in doubles despite their perfect record together this season.

SU is 6-0 at home this season, including three shutout wins. Next up are two more Ivy League foes for the Orange. Syracuse it travels to Brown and Harvard for road matches on Saturday and Sunday. Both matches start at 11 a.m.
