If you're trying to cheer yourself up after this week's UNC game, we've got you covered. From jazz artist performances to laser tag, this weekend is packed with events.

Cozy Cappella

Put on your PJs and head over to Schine Student Center for free hot cocoa and a cappella tunes! The evening will feature performances from Otto Tunes, Orange Appeal, The Mandarins, Main Squeeze, Oy Cappella and Groovestand.

Da Vines Performance

Father-son duo Fred and Alex Vine will take the stage at Funk ‘n Waffles, performing rock, traditional jazz and folk music along with some original compositions. You must be 18 years or older to attend.
When: Thursday, Feb. 22

Trampa Concert

Up-and-coming producer Trampa is bringing dubstep and EDM to Syracuse. Trampa, who has been gaining attention due to his “earth shattering signature sound” and music from his album “Consciousness EP,” will be performing with DJ Laznek, Too Broke, Scotty Dimartino and Horton.
When: Friday, Feb. 23

15th Annual Cartoon Madness

The Rome Capitol Theatre is screening 12 Warner Bros. Bugs Bunny cartoons, including “A Wild Hare,” “Rabbit Seasoning” and “Wabbit Twouble.” The screenings range all the way from when Bugs Bunny was a prototype to his current iconic appearance.
When: Friday, Feb. 23 and Saturday, Feb. 24
Where: Rome Capitol Theatre, 220 W Dominick St., Rome
Time: 3 to 6 p.m.
Cost: Adults $4, children under 12 $3

Laser Tag

Channel your competitive edge and play against friends in an epic battle of laser tag. After a few rounds, you can also head upstairs for free food. This event is co-sponsored by Orange After Dark and the Traditions Commission.

Tennity Olympics

With the 2018 Winter Olympics in full swing, join in on the action with five different on-campus competitions this weekend. Go for the gold in hockey, broomball, bubble soccer, curling and NHL 18. Register for events on Tennity’s website.

Tracy Hamlin visits Syracuse

Acclaimed jazz performer Tracy Hamlin is sharing her vocal talent through a series of events as part of the University’s observance of Black History Month. The weekend will include a vocal master class, a concert with saxophonist Eric Darius and a panel discussion titled “Music, Identity and Belonging.”
When: Sunday, Feb. 25 and Monday, Feb. 26
Where: Concert at Marriott Syracuse Downtown, panel at 114 Bird Library, vocal master class at Community Folk Arts Center
Time: Concert at 5 p.m. on Sunday, panel at noon and vocal master class at 7 p.m. on Monday
