Taleah “Noo” Washington, a three-star guard, per ESPN, became the fourth commitment in Syracuse’s 2018 recruiting class Monday.

Washington is a senior at Rock Creek Christian Academy in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Last winter, she was one of 10 girls to make The Washington Post’s All-Met first team.

The point guard is ranked 65th at her position nationally by ESPN. She also ranks as the eighth best recruit in Maryland. According to The Washington Post, Washington formerly had verbally committed to Old Dominion.

Syracuse has already received three other commitments for 2018. One came from the No. 10 recruit in the class, Kadiatou Sissoko, a guard from France. The No. 11 recruit, Emily Engstler, a wing from St. Francis Prep in New York City, committed last week. Another three-star guard, Kenza Salgues, a guard from Europe, is committed to SU as well.
