SA President Aysha Seedat speaks at Monday's meeting about a variety of topics including Uber and this year's Cuse Conference.

Student Association President Aysha Seedat and Vice President Jane Hong will be meeting Tuesday night with the presidents and some vice presidents of different student governing bodies at Syracuse University and SUNY-ESF.

The meeting will include SA, the Student Bar Association, the Graduation Student Organization, the Residence Hall Association, ESF’s Undergraduate Student Association and ESF’s Graduate Student Association. Hong said she hopes the meeting will serve as a springboard for planning next semester’s Cuse Conference.

The last Cuse Conference, held in April, was the inaugural conference. It was hosted by SA, GSO, RHA and USA. The conference’s purpose was to bridge the gap between students, faculty and administration, as members of each were able to discuss different issues. Syracuse Chancellor Kent Syverud was among those who attended.
The date for next semester’s conference has not yet been announced.
