Kickoff times and TV scheduling for Syracuse’s first 3 football games

Syracuse will open up its season at 7 p.m. against Rhode Island on Sept. 4. It then has two 12:30 games in the ensuing weeks against Wake Forest and Central Michigan.

Syracuse announced the kickoff times and television schedules for its first three games of the season in a press release on Friday morning.

The Orange’s first three games against Rhode Island, Wake Forest and Central Michigan are all played at home. The URI game will kick off at 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 4 and will be available on ESPN3. The Wake Forest game on Sept. 12 will be played at 12:30 p.m. and will be available on the Atlantic Coast Conference Network. The Central Michigan game a week later will also be at 12:30 and viewable on ACC Regional Sports Network.

The Orange defeated both Wake Forest and Central Michigan last season for two of its three wins on the year. Syracuse last played Rhode Island in 2011.
