Safety Marquise Blair committed to Syracuse’s Class of 2015 on Monday, according to multiple reports. 

The Wooster (Ohio) High School junior visited Syracuse for his unofficial visit this weekend. He chose the Orange over offers from Purdue, Toledo and Oregon State, among others. 

Blair, who is listed at 6 feet, 3 inches and 185 pounds by Scout.com, is not ranked or rated by the site. He is the 15th overall verbal pledge to SU’s Class of 2015, but the first safety, and first from the state of Ohio.
