Nancy known for 'incredible leadership'??? You are correct if your main purpose in having a Chancellor is to... focus on affirmative-action hiring, making engineered diversity the top SU value, PCness on campus, protecting certain profs with liberal agendas (e.g., Boyce Watkins), watering down admission standards and giving special treatment based on race, skewing SU's $ aid (I won't call it scholarship) to weak inner city HS black kids (poor whites need not apply), complaining about college rankings (while SU keeps falling in the eyes of the public), beefing-up the Office of Multiculturism, community outreach (i.e., gang empathy?), fixing society, and beating a constant drum for a rainbow 'arm in arm' world. Doesn't this all sound wonderful? Problem is NONE OF THIS MAKES SU A STRONGER UNIVERSITY.
